On 25 April 2024, DSPC conducted the Oath Taking Ceremony for the new sets of officers of the Labor Management Committee (LMC) represented by all stakeholders composed of the EXCOM, managerial employees, supervisory employees and rank-and-file employees.
The primary objective of the LMC is to be able to come up with programs that will involve employees to work hand in hand with management for the success of the entire organization. It will also serve as a channel of communication, active participation and cooperation among all employees. The existing activities under the LMC include Family Day, Sportsfest and Christmas Party.
Reinforcing the support of Management for the LMC, President Yoshihiro Ikeda stated: “I am glad that leaders and employees are together to talk about improvements for DSPC. I am hoping that we will continue to have harmonious relationship and overcome all challenges for better future”.
